Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Our Annual General Meeting is an important opportunity for members to come together, reflect on the year just completed, and look ahead to what’s next for Maroochy River Rowing Club.

At the AGM we will:

• Present the 2025 Annual Report and financial statements

• Elect or confirm committee members for 2026

• Outline priorities for 2026

• Provide members with the opportunity to ask questions and engage in the direction of the club

Attendance & Membership

The Annual General Meeting is a formal meeting of the incorporated association and is open to registered Members of Maroochy River Rowing Club.

To attend and participate in the AGM, you must be recorded as a registered Member in the MRRC membership database (Revs) for the 2026 year.

If you are unsure of your membership status, or are not yet registered but would like to attend, please complete your membership application via this link prior to the meeting.

If your partner would also like to attend, please note them as a guest in your registration.  If they wish to have voting rights, they must also register as a member.

Only registered Voting Members who are financial at the date of the meeting are entitled to vote.

An agenda and meeting papers will be distributed to all registered attendees prior to the meeting.

Members may attend:

• In person, or

• Via video link (please request access when registering and a secure link will be provided).

We encourage all eligible members to attend and take an active interest in the governance and future of the club. Members who are interested in contributing to committee roles are encouraged to speak with the President or Vice President in advance.
